Indigenous stories of mentorship

چکیده

This project aimed to share stories of six Indigenous mentees and their successes, struggles, experiences in health science the Mentorship Network Program. All participants were within a mentorship network specific province. Mentees participated semi-structured interviews about experiences, which transcribed qualitatively coded using narrative analysis Storywork method. Stories organized into motifs, or recurring themes. Story vignettes based on each motif created express prominent faced. Our derived motifs struggle, overcoming, traditional ways learning. is intended give voice, expose areas where education can support them, strength through adversity. Overall, this information be used educate, assist programs, science.
